I’m a family man with a passion for my community. As a lifelong resident of Toronto, I have a deep love for the city, and I like to think of myself as its ambassador.
I have been brokering high-powered, life-altering deals for over three decades.
As Partner with Mandrake Consultants, I helped people navigate their careers and find their dream jobs, and my clients on both sides of the table became friends. My father was an architect and my mother a realtor, so it’s kind of an understatement to say that I have a deeply grounded understanding of the field and the local market. From starter homes and those for growing families to cottage country: I believe that every property has something special and exciting about it—and it’s my job to bring that to market.

The open houses were held during a spring snowfall, and Stephen produced posters to show the glorious garden as it looks in summer. “When I decided to leave island living, my custom-built cottage, Belle Lune, was a rather unusual property, and I entrusted its sale to Stephen.
Selling an island property has a whole list of challenges that do not apply to a city listing. Stephen went over and above in researching domestic and foreign markets to ensure we targeted the right potential buyers for the property. He hand delivered invitations to our island open house and hosted an amazing afternoon party, which was not only novel, it created a lot of positive ‘buzz’ in the community.
