Belle Lune Island

When Mary Ann asked me to help sell Belle Lune I jumped at the chance to take on what has been my most challenging and fun listing to date.

Selling a recreational property allows for a lot of creativity in marketing the listing. Dropping off “Just Listed” and “Open Island” cards to all the island neighbours within a 5 km radius by Seadoo created a lot of activity and views of the listing.

When another agent brought an offer, I phoned the owner of a partly adjacent Island property who had come to two of my “Open Islands.” They realized their extended family, who had been in the area since the 1950s, may never otherwise have a chance to own an adjacent island, they made their move and acquired Belle Lune, more than doubling their land ownership in Georgian Bay and allowing their family to spread out across two cottages.
