Sandringham’s greatest asset was its location and the size of the property—87 feet by an amazing 283 feet—but it was set back so far from Wilson Avenue that few people knew of it. The generous size of the property afforded a pool in the back and a 50-foot-long, double drive; just perfect for growing kids to swim and play hockey.

My marketing plan included a multi-point media campaign that included a drone video showing some teen actors doing flips in the pool and road hockey in the driveway—$10 per hour, and worth every penny!

The social media blitz worked: A family with young teenagers were sent the video and a week later 46 Sandringham was theirs.
