Dunblaine Avenue

At 75 Dunblaine I was selling way more than a 1950 post-war bungalow and building lot.

We were offering someone the chance to realize the dream of building one’s own custom home for a growing family in an incredible location.

Rather than have buyers and their representatives simply email their offer in, without understanding just how much competition there would be for this property, I printed this 2- by 3-foot foam poster and placed it on an easel in our Harvey Kalles office waiting room.

I invited agents to bring their buyers to the offer presentation at 7pm—a time likely to be convenient for most to attend.

Over 20 people crowded the room, sizing each other up and glancing at the poster, and waiting their turn to make their offer presentation in person to my sellers.

It’s no wonder I set a record that night for a 40-foot lot in Ledbury Park!
