Four hundred and ninety-nine Melrose Avenue was an extremely special property. But you couldn’t see that from the street.

You couldn’t even really see it from inside the house.

A standard of trees at the back of the garden completely obfuscated the fact that the property backed onto the most fantastic local community park.

And it was only one of four neighbouring properties with private, gated access. I wanted to buy it myself.

I shot a brief drone video to tell that whole story in less than a minute.
